Status, Oct 3, 2017
Learned that we are in the fourth quarter of the selling business, I watch You Tubers getting inventory for this quarter, It is supposed to be a high selling time of year, so big inventory is key,
With all that is going on in my life, being a part-time seller is all I can do, I love looking for treasures in the thrift stores, but I just don't have time to source for items to list,
I haven't found the niche for me, but I know I will,
I also learned that no sells does not mean items are no good, just that the right buyer hasn't come along to see it, so I try, try again,
We will see how this quarter goes for me

Status Report, August 1, 2017
Continue to add inventory to Ebay, conservatively, not paying for listings above the allotted amounts per month,
Watching many You Tubers who have been selling on Ebay for awhile, mixed reviews but good info,
Learned about Goodwill Bins, buy items by the pound, look for high quality items with a higher return value,
Still no money to invest, only reinvesting the profits earned on items sold,
Learned about the mobile friendly checker which allows my items to be seen on mobile app,
Getting better at using correct shipping,
Results remains a negative in money, but it's all a learning experience,
Like all start up businesses, it takes time, and profits are not seen for the first 5 years

Ebay Selling

First began on Ebay, March 1, 2017
No money to invest, Printer without ink for printing shipping labels,
Sourcing what I had at home, Going to Goodwill to find cheap items,
No shipping scale, Poor knowledge of shipping cost,
No Mylar shipping bags for clothing, High cost per mailer at Dollar Tree,
Results for May = a negative amount in money, but a positive in inventory
Won't give in to despair, as with anything, it takes time, money and perseverance.
