Many Moons

It was my fiftyth birthday, it was a great day this 3rd day of September, Labor Day.
No breakfast in bed, no birthday cake. Just one thing i missed about my ex, he always made it a big deal on my birthday, but I got beautiful flowers from my daughter +Veronica and some great birthday cards that made me laugh, we went out for dinner at @Joe's Crab Shack and i enjoyed it quite alot. My oldest granddaughter wished me a Happy Birthday on the phone as did my other granddaughter who sang Happy Birthday on the phone, and wished me a Happy Birthday, my brother +Jim called later and remembered my birthday, i am glad he is still in my life. My son +Alf and his family took me out for dinner @Five n Diner and gave me my first gun. I am so happy to finally have a gun, i hope to learn to use it very soon. In this stage of my life i have been able to reflect on my life and all that has occured. It has been a hard life, not because it had to be but because i made it that way by my own actions and decisions. Some things i regret but have forgiven myself as i know God has forgiven me, and some things that i don't regret but wish had had a different outcome, in any way this is my life, and i am enjoying what i have, who i'm with and where i am going. Who knows what will happen next.
